All That I Am
A Spiritual Journey
Throughout all of my life, I have known that there is more than is seen. My foundation is Christian, This was where I first experienced the reality of something more, something that shaped my life. At a formative age I heard The Wailers, the Rastaman chant when I looked around the world for a spiritual way to be one with word and living, it was Rasta livity, that lived love. It was the loving way to live, in harmony with nature and with mankind. As Rastafarian is a Biblical based way of life I read the bible. Jesus led me to where I am. His instruction to 'seek ye first the kingdom of heaven' and the direction that 'the kingdom of heaven is within' has been my source. There are many philosophises that use different terminologies for the same way to live, the essence of all is Love, this is my guidance, this is the motivation for my life. To live in Love, to live from a place of love.
I am a life in progress and I am enjoying the journey called life. I am blessed I know the magnificent power that gratitude holds. We are an energy and as such have the ability to heal ourselves.
For many years various Reiki masters and practitioners have encouraged me to study Reiki, I eventually studied and became a Reiki Master, I now offer love energy healing. At the root of all my services and endeavours is LOVE. Love is a wonderful energy to work with. I also studied Angel Reiki, Chakra healing & crystal healing, I read angel, oracle and tarot cards for family, friends and a few clients.
Studying my Masters in Dramatherapy and the use of the Creative Arts led me to learn more about the psychology of we humans and this has brought me to the power within our mind, within each of us the immense power we have been blessed with. To open, expand and utilise the wonder of our own minds for healing, for creation for life. The exploration of the mind and its wonder for me is also a spiritual journey.
Authentic Discovery is all that I am offered to aid you in realising all that you can be.
I have unconsciously practiced Mindfulness and Meditation for around 30 years, becoming mindful of what it was called around 2012. I gained a meditation teacher diploma in 2018.
I am currently exploring the Divine Feminine. The feminine aspect that dwells within us all. I am also healing and exploring ancestral trauma. Deepening my intuitive, psychic abilities both to gain a deeper understanding of myself and to be fully present to the dynamics when working with clients.
Sound, for me, is powerful and is incorporated into the space I provide.
I have a deep rooted passion and belief in the healing properties of our food, water and plant medicine.
At the root of my spiritual journey is Ubuntu - I am because we are!

Authentic Discovery brings together elements from various disciplines to support, encourage and facilitate personal exploration and growth.
Sessions are tailor made, focused for the individual.
Following initial consultation, a session may include a variety of pre agreed approaches.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is an ancient Eastern art practiced by many from Hinduism, Buddism, and other spiritual/religious doctrines. You will find elements of mindfulness in many cultures.
Utilising the many scientifically approved approaches embraced within Mindfulness to enhance modern day living. I am able to guide both those who wish to keep the spiritual element and those who wish a more pragmatic approach.
I am delighted to offer a 1/2 day Mindfulness Workshop. This workshop is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. The workshop is suitable for online or in person delivery. Please contact me for further information.
Healing Activation & Love Energy
The foundations of my Love Energy healing came from learning, practicing and becoming a Reiki Master. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) which is Japanese for universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing, This is the foundation of my Love Energy Healing. The Reiki tradition was founded in the early 20th century. We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being.
Facilitating space for healing, we are created to heal, mind, body and soul. Activating your own essential magnificent healing capacity with Love Energy at the core, can help the body emotionally or spiritually. It is open to any belief system. An activation and Love Energy treatment is a process that anyone can enjoy in the normal course of their life, alongside other conventional or complementary treatment and often helps to provide emotional support during recovery.
I was taught by Reiki masters / teachers who have trained in the tradition passed on in person from master to student.
Unlike Reiki, Love Energy healing does not use symbols, working on the love frequency, vibration and intention.
Meditation
Learn the basic principles of meditation, bust the myths and develop a practice that will enhance your life, take a moment to enhance your time.
Cacao Circles
Cacao is raw chocolate, it has been used for centuries for meditation purposes and to connect people to their own self.
Each circle is created with a specific intention and participants are then free to explore.
You can find much information about Cacao on the internet, it has many healing therapeutic benefits.
