When booking an appointment, please ensure you include the service you require, 3 days & times that are convenient, your location & contact details.
When making security deposit ensure you make note of your name.
Allow at least 72 hours, if you wish to make an appointment before 72 hours please contact +353 85 7366496.
A refundable deposit is required for all appointments (see above). Deposit refunded as per cancellation policy.

€30 is the required appointment security deposit. Refundable upon attendance at your appointment if requested. Please note your name and service when making a lodgement.

Cancellation Policy
No payment is due should you cancel up to 48 hours prior to appointment, 50% is payable up to 24 hours prior to appointment, 100% is payable for no shows or less than 2 hours notice.
Corporate/organisation cancellation: 50% is payable upon agreement to secure service provision. This is non refundable, unless cancelled by Helen Gibson t/a Authentic Discovery
Cancellation and refunds on programmes and training: Following commencement no refunds will be made. Above policy applies.
In the unlikely event of cancellation due to myself, rescheduled appointments will be offered. Refunds not applicable.
