6 Week Adventure To You

The adventure begins with an online meet and greet. You'll get the opportunity to meet me your guide and your fellow adventurers. 

The adventure takes place utilising the wonders of the virtual world, allowing us to connect in real time.

The adventure is self led, you do as much or as little as you are able and desire. You will be challenged to give account of your engagement and most definitely  encouraged to get outside your comfort zone, that is after all where the magic happens.  

You will receive:

• 3 x 1-2-1 sessions - to set your goals, optimise your results, identify any blockages/barriers to achieving, release any limiting beliefs a space just for YOU.
• Weekly adventure information via email - life time access to resources
• Weekly online presentations from a wide range of practitioners to expand your knowledge and enhance your well-being toolbox.
• The opportunity to join the 3 weekly online morning exercise sessions.
• A dedicated private open zoom room, where workshops and connections happen.
• Private online group - Telegram - life time membership
• A plethora of modalities, techniques and fun, lots of fun. 
• Access to support during the 6 weeks. 

Each will identify a main focus area that everyone is requested to engage with. These focus areas are crucial to living a well life. You will develop rituals and practices that support you when times are difficult and elevate you when things are good.

Week one will propel you forward, creating rituals to support the entire adventure, this is where we lay the foundations.

Guest speakers share their skills and knowledge - herbalism, goddess work, astrology, hypnotherapy, angel work, physical activity, . . . (other modalities may be utilised) Please note some practitioners may charge an additional fee.

You are not alone in this adventure, you will meet others with same focus and determination as yourself, expanding your circle of like minded companions. Ready for mutual support and encouragement.

As much as this is a collective adventure, it is your adventure, take what serves and resonates with you, leave what doesn’t. One size does not fit all, take care of you.  Additional topics that may be covered include: EFT, coaching, qigong, Reiki, energy healing, ancestral trauma, medication, crystals, denial, abuse, limiting beliefs, homeopathy, trauma, oracle cards, spirituality,  

This is a cram packed adventure that can give you the kick start and motivation to begin to live a life more in line with who you want to be. The adventure is as easy or hard as you wish to make it. You are encouraged and supported but ultimately it is your adventure. 

The adventure is self led and will be interactive. You will learn tools, techniques and deepen or create practices that will enhance your wellbeing. It will include elements of physical exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, mental health awareness to name but a few.
