The 6 Week Being Well Adventure was created to aid in the deepening or development of practices that create or enhance your sense of well being.
In these challenging and strange times, it is the way that we live that will have the biggest impact on our lives.
The adventure begins with an online meet and greet. You get the opportunity to meet me your facilitator/guide and your fellow adventurers.
The adventure takes place utilising the wonders of the virtual world, allowing us to connect in real time.
The adventure is self led, you do as much or as little as you are able and desire. You are of course encouraged to get outside your comfort zone, that is after all where the magic happens.
The adventure offers a dedicated zoom room, where you can connect with each other, join in the weekly guest practitioner presentations and exercise together. There is a private group on Telegram, where further information is shared, recipes, meditations and of course ongoing support.
Each week there is a main focus area that everyone is requested to engage with. These focus areas aid in the creation of living a well life. The development of rituals and practices that you support you when times are difficult and elevate you when things are good.
Week one is possibly the most intensive week, as there is much information practices that will run through the entire 6 weeks.
Within this adventure you will be offered the opportunity to engage with: meditation, exercise, mindfulness, mental health awareness, thymus thumping, working with the Goddesses, Hypnotherapy, Essential Oils,
During the course of this adventure you are heavily encouraged to eat a nutritious healthy diet, preferably with organic home-grown produce, becoming aware of what you eat. If your able to go veggie then do so, vegan then better, however, this is not a requirement, only that you become aware of what you eat. You are also required (yes this is a non negotiable) to drink at least two litres of water a day. I suggest the following formula: One glass when you rise, one glass with your breakfast, one glass mid morning, two glasses with your lunch, one glass mid afternoon, one glass with your evening meal and the final one before you go to bed, around the same time you turn off your devices/tv.
As much as this is a collective adventure, it is your adventure, take what serves and resonates with you, leave what doesn’t. One size does not fit all, take care of you. This is a cram packed adventure that can give you the kick start and motivation to begin to live a life more in line with who you want to be. The adventure is as easy or hard as you wish to make it. You are encouraged and supported but ultimately it is your adventure.
The adventure is self led and will be interactive. You will learn tools, techniques and deepen or create practices that will enhance your wellbeing. It will include elements of physical exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, mental health awareness to name but a few.
